Clean, well positioned, kind staff, very good value for the money.

The staff was amazing and really kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, with AC, mini fridge and a kitchenette. I really liked the location because you can easily reach public transport. There are convenience stores nearby, good restaurants and a liquor store. I cannot stress enough how kind the staff were. They are trying to do everything in their power to help you and they are extremely hospitable.

Good location-close to bus stop,mini markets,liquor store Niks Bottle shop with the widest selection of many brands,walking distance to LIDL supermarker,MacDonals,different pabs,restaurants,souvenir stores and of course the famouse Protaras beaches!! Simple room but clean and comfortable with kitchen stove and all nessesary equipment if you like to cook or have tea in room Small pool and gym Bar and restaurant,we had English breakfast-very tasty! Free parking zone

The hotel was pretty quiet, set back from the road and the main drag. The room was kept really clean and towels regularly replaced. The room was a decent size.

− The room was pretty spartan and in need of modernisation, but I think this is reflected in the price. The check in staff just gave me the key and aircon controller, they should have just spent a few moments to explain what the hotel facilities were, eg. when is breakfast, when does the restaurant close. I went to eat in the restaurant twice, I went at 21.05 and was told the restaurant had closed. Went at 20:30, still closed. Didn't bother to try again. My biggest issues were that there were exactly 3 single electrical sockets in the apartment. I was working part of the time, and plugging in phone, computer, and kettle meant they were all in use, so couldn't use the TV or toaster. I found the Broadband poor, it didn't reach to the balcony. Bathroom had just a shower curtain for the shower in the bath. It could have done with something to stop the water going down the side of the bath. The bathroom was constantly getting wet and had to keep using towels to mop it up. This is a health and safety issue, as one day I didn't notice that the water had collected and I nearly slipped on the tiles. Also pissed me off that the bath, sink, kitchen sink all had no plugs. I mean, really, isn't it a good idea to avoid running water?

Normális szép szálloda, jó hogy nem a zsúfolt, hangos belvárosi részen van (kényelmes 10 perces séta nyüzsgő központ, 15 perc séta a protarasi strand)! Hangulatos szálloda, normális bárral, éteremmel (kitűnő a konyhájuk, nagyon finomak az ételek, bő választék), normális medence, szép napágyakkal, szép napernyőkkel, mindig volt hely a medencénél! A szállodában gyönyörű tisztaság van! Mi apartmanban voltunk, tágas nappali étkezővel, külön tágas hálószobával (2felnőtt, és 2nagy gyerekkel is kényelmes tágas), felszereltsége jó, illetve tisztaság van, mindkét helységben klíma! (a bútorok régiek, de semmi gond velük) MINDEN NAP TAKARÍTANAK, törölközőt cserélnek, nagyon figyelmesek és alaposak! A személyzet figyelmes, nagyon barátságos, illetve segítőkészek! Kisfiamnak a szállodában ünnepeltük a 17.szülinapját, segítettek a torta vásárlásban, felszolgálták a tortát illetve szülinapi zenét is raktak be a bárba!!! A recepciós Hölgy hozott fel a szobába egy szülinapi üdvözlőkártyát, illetve egy tábla csokit az ünnepeltnek a szálloda jókívánságaival!! Saját parkoló, szép kert! Ár érték arányban is nagyon jó választás a szálloda, ajánlom mindekinek! Máskor is a Mandalena Hotelban foglalunk szállást, ha Ciprura jövünk! Köszönünk szépen mindent, csodálatos volt a nyaralásunk!
