So much fun
10.0Stayed here for 5 nights with kids aged 9, 5, 1. We all had so much fun plus time to relax because the kids were always entertained. Lovely staff, beautiful food, great location close to shops, food, beach boardwalk and a nice warung behind the resort which sells ice-cream. Everything was super clean and safe with the pool staff always watching out for everyone. Can't wait to go back!
Best Family Friendly Resort in Kuta
8.0Kids suite was perfect for a family of five. Kids aged 10,4 & 2. The Kidz club had a wide range of activities each day and night. This was so easy to entertain all of our kids, we did not have to leave the hotel. The pool area for the kids was great. Even better you can order a drink and relax while the kids play. We stayed two nights, wished we stayed longer. perfet location to end our trip in bali as it was only 10-15 min drive to the airport and we could relax during our last few hours of our holiday.

− Prijs/kwaliteit totaal niet in verhouding. Het hotel is vergane glorie, nodig een upgrade nodig. Het hotel in het midden van Kuta was niet mijn smaak. Bali heeft zoveel mooie plekken. Dit is daar naar mijn mening niet 1 van.
Kids friendly but rooms are terrible.
1.0Facilities are great for kids, but when your family has not been able to sleep or nap it is hard to fully enjoy.
− The minimum I expect from a hotel is a safe comfortable environment to sleep in and retreat to throughout the day (escape the heat). The Bali Dynasty completely failed to deliver this. Our air conditioner stopped working the first afternoon. We asked reception for assistance. After several failed attempts to fix the issue they provided a small portable airconditioner around 10pm. This cooled to room (a little) but sounded like a jumbo jet engine. The next day house keeping removed the portable aircon (unbeknownst to us), so when we returned for an afternoon rest and give our young child a nap the room was super hot and unbearable. The room then lost all power. By about 5pm they gave us another room. Receptions solution was to offer us a "free cocktail and airport transfer ($3 by grab)". In no way was this an appropriate/adequate solution to not providing what we booked - a room with air-conditioning. We only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked - bad room and inadequate response.
