Lokalizacja i widok z okien i tarasu

− Brak klimatyzacji a wiatraki które tam były głośne i nie dawały zupełnie rady, miało być miejsce parkingowe a wszystkie były zajęte i musieliśmy szukać na własną rękę. Miało być śniadanie ale nie dostałam voucheru. Pisałam o śniadanie ale nie dostałam odpowiedzi. Było czysto to fakt ale na zdjęciach to było zdecydowanie ładniejsze. Piękny starodawny wystrój lecz nie każdemu to się spodoba. Jedynie lokalizacja w centrum to plus

Wonderful location in Montepulciano (no a/c). The property is historic and our apartment (“The Lawyer’s Apartment”) had a lot of space and books. Antique furniture. Note that cars into the city are limited: contact the property to arrange a taxi if you are arriving at the Chiusi or Montepulciano train station. He was a reliable driver and we were able to book him to take us to the Palazzo Vecchio wine tasting and also for our departure. Large bed was comfortable, the twin in the second room not so much.

− The day before our booking, I contacted the property to let them know what time we would arrive. She said that she “noticed” there were three of us. The next day (the morning of our arrival day) she said that the apt we had reserved had an issue that needed to be fixed and that we would not be getting the room that we booked (top floor with views). While I was frustrated by this, she insisted that the problem would not be fixed in time. We did end up liking the apt we got, even though it was the bottom floor. The other thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, which would be marginally ok, but the fan was broken in the main room. She gave me instructions to go up to the top floor to grab a fan from there (and I saw the construction—there was no way we’d be able to stay up there!). I grabbed a fan, but in the second room with the single bed there was no fan and it was impossible to sleep due to the extreme heat and humidity (95 degrees during the day with 80% humidity even at night). The second night she had the maid bring us another fan, which made the second night more tolerable for the twin bed room. The floors were not clean. Kitchen seemed ok, but we didn’t use it.

Difficile dire qualcosa di positivo. Forse la posizione centrale. Impossibile consigliare un posto simile.

− Posto sporco, con apparecchiature non funzionanti, caldo insopportabile, tre piani di scale da fare. Niente a che vedere con ciò che veniva mostrato nelle foto su Booking. Penso che il problema non siano i gestori dell'appartamento, sui quali non ho commenti, ma Booking stesso, che non effettua controlli di alcun tipo, posizionando come "appartamento storico" una autentica topaia.

Csodálatos tetőterasz, nagyon gazdag berendezés, igazi Toszkán gazdagság érzés, mindez az óvárosban.

The property is in the heart of Montepulciano, so everything you need is nearby. Our room had spectacular views. The breakfast was delicious.
