− Quando fiz a reserva não avisaram que Meu quarto ia ser no 6 andar e que o elevador vai até o quinto. Para quem tem problema de mobilidade fica meio difícil subir. Tive que esperar por mais de uma hora para conseguir trocar de quarto. Na hora do check-in o funcionário da recepção estava para o almoço o que inviabilizou a troca do quarto. O funcionário Cosme que ficou na recepção e fez nosso check-in, embora tenha boa vontade, não conseguiu nos atender pois não era sua função e tinha limitações em relação ao sistema do hotel. Se o check-in é a partir da 14 horas, não é razoável que o recepcionista tire hora para o almoço nesse horário.

6.0A localização é ótima em frente a praia. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom!
− Pra um hotel de frente pro mar, fez falta um chuveiro pra tirar a areia do pé na entrada. Isso faz com que o quarto fique cheio de areia. Falta um tapete na entrada pra ajudar com isso também. Seria interessante algum modo de deixar o biquíni secando. O café da manhã é médio, a reposição poderia ser mais rápida.
