Terrible experience- I would never come back
1.0Terrible experience- starting with the WiFi not working at all in the room nor the lake facing balcony we paid extra for. If we went outside the room, the WiFi worked fine. I talked to the front desk in person and they said “their WiFi” guy was on site and he would look at it. When we came back from dinner, nothing was improved. After hiking for 8 hours in Waterton park, coming back to a very expensive hotel room wirh no wifi, in a foreign country where mobile service is not as good as the US was extremely frustrating. Worse, when I told them about the issue and they didn’t fix it, and i told them a second time later that night and they did nothing, I felt like they did not care abbot their customers. Upon checkout, I explained how upset I was, again, they offered me nothing. I highly suggest staying somewhere else. Bayshore is overpriced and essentially a 2 floor best western with terrible customer service. I would not stay here again if it was free.
