6.0An English country pub in a small village setting, very nice.
− Ready for a refresh, paint peeling on shower ceiling and sink was a little grubby. Didn’t realise the pub shut for food on a Sunday at 3 pm so was unable to get food or drinks after an exhausting day in the heat. Pub is shut Monday and Tuesday- wanted to stay in a country pub but it was shut. My mistake, should of checked, just assumed it would be open Had to travel out of the village to get something to eat/drink

Absolutely amazing! We loved it all.
10.0Spotlessly clean and comfortable room with nice additions like the Roberts radio, coffee machine, great variety of teas, boxes of tissues, books. Parking was right outside our ground floor rooms where there were also benches with comfortable seat pads and a table. The garden and terraces were spacious and immaculate. Staff were all helpful, courteous, friendly, efficient and generally amazing! Continental breakfast provided excellent choices and our dinner was absolutely delicious. This pub, its rooms, food and staff are all of a very high quality. I cannot recommend highly enough.
− Our only disappointment was that the pub was closed for dinner on Monday and Tuesday. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we'd love to come and stay again.
