8.0Even though the hotel is quite good and room is clean, our pillow cover is dirty and we asked them to change but no response as the front lady said she will ask other to inform about it.

Not worth the money
4.0This is an adequate hotel for 800bht all day long but not worth more. The staff don’t seem to comprehend English or Thai. They will let you choose items from the breakfast menu only to go away then return to say they don’t have, item after item. The hotel is on the ring road a long walk from the beach, the staff are unable to organise taxis despite the signs claiming they can. I checked out 2 days early.
Not worth the money
2.0We stayed for 6 nights with 2 families and we should have found other accommodation. The staff were extremely lazy and just sat around on their phones. As soon as we ordered drinks during happy hour the sign disappeared. Breakfast was average and my husband even bought his own banana to have with his pancake. We are not fussy travelers but we expect service to be acceptable. The boys did like the pool and the pool table though.
