− The bedroom was extremely hot as it is in the sun most of the day,even with a window open.Sirconditioning would be perfect.

8.0Lovely clean room, nicely decorated and felt relaxing. Large comfortable bed. Fridge in room. Has places to eat and drink and a shop all just a few steps away. Ideally placed for a visit to Scarborough and Filey. Had a meal in the pub which was very nice. Overall, was very happy with our stay and would stay again if in the area. Happy to recommend to anyone visiting the area.
− Shower a bit small but plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Only had one small shampoo and shower gel for 3 nights, could probably have asked for more but just used our own. Could have done with a bit more light over the mirror for putting on makeup.

10.0The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was very clean. The evening meals and breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth the money. Will be staying here again
