8.0For 1 night it was okay The only Disappointment on the swimming pool it didn't look like it was maintenance on it To be 200 + for one night no ice etc.... But love the service

2.0The pool wasn’t clean was a light green had a lot of chlorine in the water the ice machine didn’t work so if you wanted ice go buy it at the store I reserved a king size bed they gave me a room with two beds was told they were booked the air conditioner didn’t work in the room so they finally gave me a king size bed will never stay there again

2.0Very disappointing when I called to ask about their pool, was told they had one. However after I arrived driving 8 hrs to get there to only find out the pool was not in service, ice machine was broken & I had been double charged for my stay. Problem has still not been resolved after speaking with 3 different staff members.

4.0There was no A/C in our first room or the one we were they moved us moved to. There was a frdge full of spoiled food, and we had to clean it out ourselves.We had to transfer rooms twice. We finally had A/C in the last room but the water never got hot for our showers. Definitely not quality for the insane price. Very disappointed. The staff didnt seem to know much about the place either.
