8.0Very friendly welcome and well equipped room, fridge, microwave. Self serve breakfast was an unexpected bonus.
− With the windows open it was a bit noisy - traffic - but not really much you can do about that. There was a fan provided though I didn't use it.
Thank you to Leon, it was exactly what we were looking for and incredibly convenient.
8.0We needed somewhere convenient to stay, close to a tube station for a gig at Wembley and with parking included. Stayed with my stepdaughter and the hotel was easy to get to and only a short walk from Ickenham station. Leon was friendly and helpful and there were two bottle of complimentary water in the fridge which was very much appreciated given how hot a day it was.

Real milk! Very clean and comfortable room.
10.0Real milk provided in the room. In a mini fridge. With a set of crockery. And a microwave. And a fold-down table. Complimentary cereal. Real milk!
Really enjoyed the room, was a brief stay to attend a party so didn’t see much of the area.
