− Tight parking spot for a big SUV car - It will take a few attempts to park. I suppose it would be easier for mid / mini sized cars.

− There is no enough information for quite a lot stair case, not friendly with has difficulty with mobility. Also parking is very small and tight, very difficult for MPV. Kitchen is not clean enough, many appliances not clean,
