− Rubbish gold level lounge. Too long a walk to gold level rooms from reception. Small towels/lack of towels. Query email sent to property regarding booking. Not replied to for over a week. Staff not prepared to go out of their way to help.

− Stond er bomen net voor mijn voordeur. Waardoor veel insecten erop afkwamen om te eten wat er van de boom afviel. Het stoorde mij ook omdat hele voordeur vol zat met wat van de boom afviel
