− Não tem cafeteria e nem microondas e o papel higiênico é pessimo, daqueles baratos horríveis.

− Eu não entendi muito bem a questão da pre-autorização quando eu cheguei, achei que era pagar e pronto. Mas depois que eu entendi ficou tuodo bem.
Pessimo, Furtaram o anel de noivado da minha esposa nesse hotel

− O que deveria ser um fim de semana inesquecível terminou de forma extremamente triste. O anel de noivado da minha esposa desapareceu de dentro da suíte presidencial após a entrada da equipe de arrumação do hotel. Ao comunicarmos o ocorrido, recebemos informações contraditórias dos funcionários sobre quem entrou no quarto e sobre fotos e vídeos feitos no local antes da limpeza. A gerência não estava presente, não compareceu para nos atender e não autorizou a responsável de plantão a fornecer imagens, gravações ou informações que poderiam ajudar a esclarecer o desaparecimento e identificar o responsável. Para um hotel que se apresenta como cinco estrelas, faltaram segurança, transparência e suporte diante de uma ocorrência gravíssima. O caso foi registrado junto à polícia. Depois da forma como tudo foi conduzido, não voltaremos a nos hospedar no hotel e recomendamos que outros hóspedes avaliem cuidadosamente essa escolha.
