10.0I had an enjoyable stay here for a business trip. The staff was so friendly, especially Ms Nell at breakfast. Oh, the rooms are nice and spacious, too!

Not bad for a weekend trip
6.0The location was good for us- lots around. However I did pick this hotel because it has an indoor pool. The pool which is indoors was FREEZING- you cannot swim in that. There were many other hotels that were nicer and cheaper without a pool that I would have rather stayed. The breakfast was good and the front desk/ kitchen people were friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There was a lot of trash outside the property and dog poop that was not picked up. It is a pet friendly hotel and one of our days there was a dog barking for a good 20 min straight.

10.0My husband accidentally messed up with our reservation but the manager was able to figure it out a solution for us. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is amazing and the grits are to die for. We’re definitely coming back when in New Orleans. Highly recommend!
