Great property but not the best experience this visit.
7.0The facilities and room were comfortable. Location is great as well.
− Issues with check in. Booked reservation under my mother's name. But she had issues checking in. Not sure if it was Hampton or Booking.com's fault but my confirmation showed my mom's name on reservation, yet the folio showed my name and only my mother as an additional guest. It was a long day and delay at airport and my mother got in at 6pm to check in instead of originally planned 3pm.
