− This property is in a run down side street. It was not obvious which building it was as there was no sign. I could see a reception through a metal grill with a padlock on it. I tried calling but nobody came. I had to give up.

− We booked a family room for 4 people for 45$ and were given a simple double room that was really run down. After we complained, they accepted to charge 30$, which was still too much for this room, which was at a 5-10$ range. Hair dryer was not working and the room was very noisy. 3am the chicken started making noise in front of the window, and the phone at the reception was ringing throughout the night (the room was just next to the reception). At 6:15 the receptionist was loudly snorring in the lobby. No sight of breakfast which was supposed to be included. The pool looked very dirty. And it was very difficult to find the hotel in the first place (google maps pin is wrong)

− False advertising, had no bar, even though it had an extensive cocktail list It didn't have the ingredients. No TV it was disconnected. Toilet didn't flush. Had the basin in the bedroom. Had a half door in the shower and a steel frame on the floor to divert the water away from the toilet. Water went into the bedroom. Cobwebs everywhere in the dining room. Swimming pool was dirty. Should not be listed on Booking.com
