лучший отель в этом месте, термальные бассейны, спа и массаж просто шикарные, огромный выбор еды на завтрак и ужин, сладости вообще заслуживают отдельного рассказа, такого разнообразия еще не видели, для детей есть игровая зона, детская площадка, отдельный мелкий бассейн, до торговой улицы рядом - пять минут пешком, были два дня - нам не хватило

− игровые автоматы можно было бы включить в стоимость, чтобы не покупать жетоны отдельно

Good location and clean with lots of services. However, they all commented a cost.

− Staff was unfriendly except for the cook and the breakfast staff. Reception was cold and poor communication. You have to pay for everything including playing pool down in the pool area. The food is very expensive and not worth the prices. Espresso machine is actually instant coffee rather than true espresso at any other five star Hotel. They claim room service, but you have to go down to the dining room to get food. They do not deliver to the rooms.

The staff is nice and helpful, especially the front desk supervisor, Ms. Erdem. She is kind enough to accompany me to the Police station and be my translator. (I had a thief incident in another place, not the hotel.)

− The property is a bit old and outdated. But the price matches that fact.

The hotel is spectacular, excellent location, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly, the pools and hot springs are incredible. I would return a thousand times over. We highly recommend it.
