I’ve been there on the first week of October. After reading other’s clients reviews about how bad is this hotel, I was a bit scared that I’m gonna have a bad experience. To be honest, the hotel is just fabulous, my room was very clean and spacious, staff are so nice and friendly and breakfast was just delicious. It’s true that they don’t speak English but nobody in Çeşme does, Turkish is the first language but people are so nice and help you all the time. So if you want to wake up with a sea view and sounds of waves, or if you wanna sleep with the sounds of fish jumping out of water at midnight, go there! I will definitely go back there next year as I have such a lovely experience. teşekkür ederim Nora

Gemütlicher Bungalow mit Meerblick

Die Bungalows sind groß und geräumig. Der Ausblick is wunderschön. Zimmerservice war super, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und auf Wunsch neue Bettwäsche. Das Frühstücks Buffet war ausreichend, typisches türkisches Frühstück.

Sehr tolle lage, jedoch aufmerksamkeit fehlt.

Das hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Der strand und die Anlage am hotel zum strand ist auch schön. Nur der Service, falls der vorhanden war , ist sehr mangelhaft und enttäuschend gewesen. Sachen die uns empfohlen wurden, gabs nicht mehr. Beispielsweise am essen gab es nur noch pommes mit toast und bei den getränken cola und wasser, trotz sehr verschiedenen diversen Gerichten, die suf der Karte zu finden sind. Um das Hotel kümmert sich niemand, es ist dreckig und hat viele Baustellen die renoviert und erneuert werden müssen. Das Hotel hat sehr gutes Potential eines der besten in der Türkei zu werden, nur die Bedingungen müssen sich dort verbessern. Bei Bestellungen musste ich erstmal 10 min nach einem Arbeiter suchen, jedes mal, weil ich mich am einfach gemachten Frühstück nicht ernähren wollte. Irgendwann hatte ich keine Lust mehr da jemanden zu suchen und habe weder gefrühstückt noch im Laufe des Tages im Hotel irgendetwas bestellt. Nicht mal Eis hatten die mehr oder pizza. Uns wurde nur gezeigt wo unser Zimmer ist den Rest im Hotel musste ich selber rausfinden. Einen Flughafentransfer gab es nicht. Wird ein Taxi bestellt kommt der erst in 20 min und das was mich schockiert hatte ist, dass das taxi vom taxistand kommt und von dort aus schon das taximeter an hat.D.h. Statt 5 tl haben wir mir 20 tl angefangen, sprich bei 3 bis 4 kilometer haben wir knapp 40 tl bezahlt , öfters mehr. Bis zum marina waren es immer 90-100 täglich. Zusammenfassend war es enttäuschend, nicht toll

The Real problem was about the hosts’ service and the way they answer the questions of the customers. Also the bar and the beach beds were really dirty.

Not a 4 star hotel, untrained & unfriendly staff

The only good thing about the hotel was the location (of the sea & beach), which was very clear, clean & beautiful. However everything about the hotel & the staff themselves were very unhygienic, unfriendly; very dirty including the towels they provide you with & the sunbeds. The staff were underaged and clearly given no training/education. The food they had to offer from the bar was an absolute joke & ontop very expensive. They didn’t have much availability. There was hardly any wifi connection around the hotel, only around the reception area and it was too slow. The rooms and the hotel itself definitely isn’t 4 star.
