7.0The hotel's location was excellent and very convenient. It was right by the sea, and within walking distance of the pier and the bus stop, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was clean and well-organized, and the property was very peaceful and quiet.

− On checking in the hotel staff made me cancel my booking.com booking and rebook with them direct. They advised it was necessary and that I would.get.a.full refund from booking.com. I received £4.79 refund from booking.com rather than the full £68.40 and despite.messagingnand.contacting the hotel and booking.com almost.daily for the last month I still haven't had a refund. I have been conned and would strongly.advise.persons.not.to stay at this hotel.
