Best location in Whitehorse and best shower in Canada.
9.0Location is 10/10 on Main Street on one of the most historic places in Whitehorse. Excellent restaurant in the building. Bakery cafe across the street. Friendly receptionists all day long. Good room, with beautiful art. The best thing: the shower! It was so nice to have a big powerful shower after camping. They renovated the bathrooms, so you didn’t have to stand in one of those tiny bathtubs. This was a big walk in shower.

− The service in the restaurant could use a boost. I was dining alone, and was entirely ignored by the wait staff. It took 15 minutes to get an order placed.....and then I only saw the waiter again when it was time to pay. Not once did anyone stop by to see how things were....and yet the card machine is set for an 18% default tip. The food was very good...just really poor service for single diners. Groups were fawned over, but a single diner? I felt like I wasn't worth my waiter's time.

A great place and location for a solo traveler to stay.
8.0Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff in the bar were really friendly and helpful. Front desk staff answered all my questions and helped with my luggage. Bar had great food.
− There was no breakfast hence the lower rating than 9 or 10. On Sunday that was a problem to find a place to have breakfast. Fortunately the rest of the days I was able to hop across the street to the Bakery!

10.0Clean and well equipped room. Comfortable bed and great shower. Water filter bottle, Electrical kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave were available for guests convenience.
