3.0Ótima qualidade das refeições, comidas variadas e saborosas, manobristas simpáticos e muito boa limpeza das estruturas. Mini zoo bem cuidado.
− Não dá pra aceitar um resort thermal não trazer água quente no chuveiro ou nas piscinas! Concierge afirmou que houve problema nas caldeiras e que ativaram o sistema de gás. Porém primeiro afirmaram que resolveriam em 15min, depois 30min, e apenas no segundo dia tivemos água quente no chuveiro. Já as piscinas, apenas no 3° dia começaram a ficar mornas. Não houve preocupação de verificação da nossa questão e a comunicação foi desencontrada. A recepção da Alicia (ou semelhante) durante check-in também foi desagradável. Mais de mil reais por dia pra 3 pessoas, não condiz com a qualidade esperada. De 20 a 22 de julho 2026 as piscinas estavam frias! Após banho frio, já nqo restaurante, o jantar foi acompanhado de uma gritaria sem fim de 8 recreadores berrando em sucessivos parabéns pra você! Até nossa filha de 8 anos ficou incomodada. Um thermas não pode depender de uma caldeira para funcionar.

− Primeiro que as piscinas quentes estavam frias um absurdo e ninguem avisou .....palhacada total. Tem mesas para comer mas nao o suficiente vc pega sua comida e fica em pe esperando um absurvo , no cafe da tarde e pior muito poucas mesas , o hotel tem instalacoes antigas , piscina grande coberta falta azuleijos cortei o pe ......

Valeu muito a pena conhecer e ficar hospedado nesse hotel.
9.0No tocante à alimentação, sempre havia alimentos e bebidas disponíveis a qualquer horário, não formavam filas ou acumulo de pessoas nas principais refeições, sempre haviam mesas disponíveis.
− Observa-se que parte da estrutura de apoio das áreas de lazer necessitam de melhor manutenção ou reparos pois alguns brinquedos estavam desativados ou necessitando de pintura
