I liked everything. Clean cosy room. Great staff! Great location!

− A bit small room but it was good)) I would like to have a shelf not only above the basin but also inside a shower stall.

Make the room a bit bigger pls and put kettle and tea and small fridge in the hotel

A localização é perfeita, 5 minutos a pé da estação central. O quarto é limpo e o banheiro grande e confortável. Fiquei apenas uma noite pq entrei e sai por Amsterda em minha eurotrip. Cheguei com as bagagens antes do chek in e deixei no depósito de bagagem. Fizemos tudo o que faltava em nossa viagem a pé, p quem gosta de andar é possível, tendo em vista que o transporte em Amsterda é caro perante outros países da Europa, sendo por percurso percorrido p a cobrança. Fomos e voltamos até museu Van Gogh que é mais longe a pé para aproveitar as vistas. O hotel tem uma escada para subir com as malas, mas já tinha arrumado minhas malas grandes na Bélgica então deixei no depósito de bagagem e só subi com as malas pequenas. No dia segunda TB deixamos nossas bagagens no depósito pq nosso vôo era somente a noite. Fomos muito bem recebidos e tratados pelos anfitriões , ganhamos até um café o que veio acalentar o frio que estava fazendo.

− We booked a Double Room with Private Bathroom and paid the full amount more than 300€ through Booking.com. The reservation was confirmed at approximately 10:00 PM, and check-in was attempted at around 11:00 PM, well within the hotel’s published check-in hours. However, upon arrival, the reception informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that our confirmed room was unavailable due to an alleged booking system error. Instead of providing suitable alternative accommodation, we were offered either a bed in a shared hostel dormitory or a sofa in a public area of another property. Neither was remotely equivalent to the private room we had booked and paid for. The initial attitude of the reception staff was particularly disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for finding a reasonable solution, they suggested that the issue was not their responsibility. After considerable discussion and several hours of uncertainty late at night, no suitable accommodation was arranged. They subsequently offered a refund and additional compensation, but this did not change the fact that the confirmed reservation was not honoured. I understand that technical problems can happen. However, guests should not be left without suitable accommodation late at night after receiving a valid confirmation and paying in full. The most disappointing part was not simply the overbooking, but how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, this was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on what happened.
