− The narrow, windy staircase can be a challenge, I suggest using a backpack to negotiate them rather than a carry-on bag.

Charming, affordable place to stay near Killington
9.0The location is excellent, very close to Killington. It's tucked away in a pretty valley with hills all around. The place is beautiful with windows surrounding the dining area. The bed was very comfortable and the place is quiet. The breakfasts were exceptional.
− There is a shared bathroom. If all three rooms upstairs are booked you may have to take turns using it. That wasn't an issue for me because the middle of the week wasn't very busy.

10.0Mike and Barbara were very welcoming and the most wholesome precious couple you’ve ever met. They prepared the room all nice and warm. Everything was clean and cozy. It was a very calm and quiet atmosphere. Mike cooked us breakfast every morning and talked to us even though we were shy! The house itself is gorgeous. A lot of character and personality. Beautiful scenery.
− I wish we booked for more days. Mike and Barbara made us feel so at home that we wish we had stayed longer.
