Causeway hotel… highly recommend..
10.0Causeway hotel is the best located hotel of you want to see the Giants Causeway… the visitor centre is literally built onto it… entry to this and the causeway are free! We felt the whole experience was very good value for money. Hotel rooms are nice, clean and comfortable but as the building is really old, the only negative thing about the place was not having a lift, but the staff were amazing and helped with the luggage to room process… We experienced the restaurant for lunch and breakfast… both to high standards. Atmosphere inside and around the hotel is good, lots of visitors from all over the world..it’s a bustling place in the daytime, busy with coach tours and tourists. But peaceful later in the day, slept wonderfully . Location ✅ Room quality ✅ Restaurant ✅ Car Parking✅ Value for money ✅
Best and closest accommodations to Giant's Causeway
10.0The location could not be beat. Wow! The Causeway Hotel is located right next to the Giant's Causeway and is old in the best of ways, evoking a sense of a bygone era. You can not put a price on being able to visit the Giant's Causeway late at night or early when you wake up. The included breakfast was fantastic. There was a basic continental buffet which included fresh made jam and tasty pastries and then there was a small menu from which to order which even included a vegetarian breakfast option and a vegan option. Wow! The only negative was that the beds were hard and the bathrooms are dated, but everything else made up for that.
Great location but disappointing overall.
6.0Can’t beat the location and views. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious, though on the older side and tiny TVs. The disappointing part is the restaurant. The food is average and the staff doesn’t smile at all. Do not expect a great experience. Beware, the kitchen closes early so if you intend on dining in plan on arriving early. They won’t make any effort.
