10.0It was a cute little place to stay in, close to the bar areas and I loved the view.
− The fact that I had to see water damage on the ceiling the white walls were a bit dirty and there were cobwebs.
Disappointed
2.0Location, a few minutes walk to upper dells boat tour
− Dirty things are everywhere: spiders, flies, mosquitoes, dirty chairs, floor, towels…poor quality and quantity of breakfast
Good prices. Not the best room
6.0Close to the shops and eateries as well as the Riverwalk.
− We got the garderners room and it was definitely used an abused. Weeds overgrowing the grounds, lots of water damage everywhere in the room. The floor was uneven, there was no toilet paper dispenser. There were two travel size shampoo bottles in the shower with different brands. It seemed like they took them from different hotels to reuse them at their hotel. Everything seemed old and run down a bit.

− The property looked neglected, pealing paint, weeds , gutters had weeds growing out of them .
We will definitely return. Loved the value

− Would be nice if there was a grill to use. And maybe a dresser for clothes
