− Air con upstairs not working. Main bed very worn and uncomfortable

6.0Overall still comfortable stay and good staff. Food was great.
− The units are aging and can do with some renovation.
Overpriced, dated and disappointing
2.0The water pressure in the shower was great. The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. It was good to be able to have a coffee in the room.
− The room was dated and very disappointing. Definitely not worth $225 for one night. We could have had the same level in a chalet at Big4. Had they not been booked we would have gone there. Fortunately we were able to climb up into the bath for a shower but you’d struggle if you had any balance issues. Just so disappointing at such a beautiful location for an Accor hotel. Overpriced!
