комфортно не в центре города
8.0Отель соответствует заявленной категории, номер укомплектован всем необходимым, хороший выбор блюд на завтрак, удобная парковка, 10-15 минут от центра Калуги. Судя по расположению и контингенту, отель подходит для проведения деловых встреч, конгрессов, тимбилдингов. Из недостатков отметил был отсутствие сауны или зоны спа. Размещением остались довольны.

8.0Гостиница неплохая, номер вполне комфортный, только не открываются окна в принципе. Было довольно душно. Кондиционер работал плохо. Подкачало сильно обслуживание. При бронировании через Hotels.com я выбрала и оплатила номер на 3-х человек с завтраками. В результате, завтрак оказался один. А на ресепшне мне сказали, что меня обмануло мое агентство (не знаю, наверное, они имели ввиду Hotels.com) и чтобы я с ними разбиралась, а отель тут не при чем. Короче, не совсем клиентоориентированно все это звучало, чувствовала себя попрошайкой, хотя оплатила все заранее. Завтраки, к слову сказать, совсем на 700 руб.не тянули. Официанты уставшие и недовольные. Еда посредственная, повар злилась, что нужно печь вафли. Зато постельное белье отличное.

10.0Всё отлично, если путешествуете на авто. Не самый центр, но достаточно большая парковка. Персонал приветливый, номера свежие. Хорошие завтраки, но при полной посадке заканчиваются стаканы. Но это мелочь) Спасибо!
