4.0Room was not cleaned and the bed sheets wasn’t changed and hairs all over the sheets. The pillows had saliva stained. I took it down to the front desk and get new pillow and bed sheets. The front desk staff she was nice though. The bathroom sink wasn’t clean still had the previous costumer’s toothpaste all over the sink and shower had lots of hairs. I cleaned it with my Clorox wipes that I normally brought with me. The elevator smells fishy or moldy . The vent in the bathroom was held by one fastener which poses a safety hazard when it falls on a person using the restroom. I’m glad didn’t stayed too long in there.

2.0Found a pair of underwear underneath sheets in bed. Was moved rooms and window in new room was wide open with no screen. Day of departure worker was outside urinating on side of building.
