− The lady serving breakfast was not very friendly and didn’t explain the menu and presumed we knew what to expect but we didn’t. £15 was a lot for the service and options. Our room was very small, but clean.

− The amount of steps to our room 29 in total. Our mobility is poor. We asked for a room on the lower floor but was informed of no vacancies
