− Staff was confused at chec-in. I booked online,, wasn't showing I had paid, tried to charge me again for more, the wrong card was showing on file. Also had troubles at checkout,, finally a manager got it fixed. I've never had issues like this. Not sure what the issue was? training or computer problems? Breakfast was good, but the eating area was dirty. The women's restroom in main lobby area out of service. Just things you expect at a one star hotel.
Checked in at 3PM. Went to the pool at 5PM so our 7yr austistic child could swim. Pool was closed. Left the hotel at 5:3

− Pool was closed when we were told that it was open at check in. We chose this hotel specifically for the location and indoor pool.
