3.0Staff was nice even though it seemed like they barly understood english.
− Phone was missing button decal. There was splatter on ceiling kinda looked like dried blood. Washing machine was broke. stairways were cluttered and used for storage. floors were not swept.

− There was a desk chair that had ll sorts of white stains. I don’t want to know what those stains are! Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Entry smelled like pot!!
