Systematic overbooking scam – avoid this hotel

− A complete disappointment. This hotel operates a systematic overbooking scam on families. Upon arrival, we were told our original rooms were 'unavailable' and were forced into a shared suite with zero privacy. After speaking with two other independent families during our stay, we realized the hotel uses the exact same script on other guests to force downgrades. On top of that, the rooms are dated and poorly maintained (peeling paint and visible wear). Definitely not a 5-star experience. Beware of their room games אכזבה מוחלטת. המלון הזה מפעיל עוקץ רישום-יתר (אוברבוקינג) שיטתי על משפחות. עם ההגעה, נאמר לנו שהחדרים המקוריים שלנו 'אינם זמינים' ונאלצנו לעבור לסוויטה משותפת עם אפס פרטיות. לאחר ששוחחנו עם שתי משפחות עצמאיות אחרות במהלך השהות שלנו, הבנו שהמלון משתמש באותו תסריט בדיוק על אורחים נוספים כדי לאלץ שנמוך חדרים. בנוסף לזה, החדרים מיושנים ומתוחזקים בצורה ירודה (צבע מתקלף ובלאי נראה לעין). בהחלט לא חוויה של 5 כוכבים. תיזהרו ממשחקי החדרים שלהם.

− Очень слабая кухня. Готовят откровенно не вкусно, мало морепродуктов. Горячие блюда (мясо/рыба/морепродукты) все пересушено. БАР: Бармены не пользуются мерной посудой, коктейли делать не умеют. В коктейлях самый дешевый алкоголь неизвестных брендов.
