Absolutely disgusted

I was really disappointed in this hotel. Only 1 restaurant was open & the food was disgusting. The same thing at every meal & always cold. The one swimming pool was absolutely freezing. The shops in the hotel were meant to be open 10-6 but quite often shut about 1.30/2 The room was lovely & the cleaner was amazing. The pool side bar was the only place where the staff actually acted like they wanted to be there. Always friendly & up for a laugh. The entertainment was non existent except for 15 minutes of Karaoke one night. The reception staff were extremely rude. When my son complained about the lack of entertainment they said it was because the hotel was closing for the winter the week after we were there. He tried to point out that we had paid good money so should have had access to all the amenities shown on the website. My advise is to save your money & go somewhere else

Everything was great, but stupid people reserved sunbeds the day before with their own towels and pool toys. The main pool was noisy and crowded. The second pool was quieter, allowing for a peaceful time. The beach was crowded too. Not all staff understand English. It was difficult to get four towels in a four-person room…

A short weekend break

Arrived on Friday night, met with a friendly reception desk and a bell boy to bring my suitcase upstairs and show me to my room. The location is lovely, just a short 3 minute walk to the beach with their own private area with an abundance of sun loungers. Hotel staff overall very friendly and willing to help at meal times to grab drinks for you. The pool is large and has 2 slides, with music playing during the day and softly too in the evening. Rooms very clean and mini bar always stocked up. Balcony with a view of the sea and the pool, I can’t fault the place. A spa downstairs too, with small amenities during the day with the hotel featured shop, where you can purchase small gifts and souvenirs. Left on Monday, as this was a short weekend trip with a small dose of sun, away from work, just before the Christmas time. End of season was very quiet with not many guests left, but felt more personal as there was always staff around to help out. Food was good too, with a great selection suitable for everybody. Would come back 10/10🇹🇷

Fantastic stay

Fantastic hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here this half-term (end of October - beginning of November 2025). Kristina the sports lady is fantastic - her yoga and water aerobics was the highlight of my day! Staff are friendly and facilities well looked after. The food was varied and delicious - everyone found favourite meals and snacks. The ladies making traditional Turkish pancakes daily were superb. Turkish coffee and deserts cafe is a lovely place. Overall we loved our holiday and are very grateful for everyone's hard work. Especially, Kristina's - she is a super star full of positive energy!

Best value for money. 5 stars. Must go.

Amazing resort for a family vacation. The food, ambience, staff and location are outstanding. The staff are so friendly and very respectful. Rooms are clean. The pool is very clean and has lovely beach access. The food service is amazing. Lots of variety and choices plus open from 0700 to 0230.

Excellent stay!

Excellent stay with clean facilities and pool and lovely beach. Friendly staff and good food choice. Good excursions and day trips provided by outside agency. We will come back. Only thing to consider is airport transfer as it is expensive to get to the resort.
