2.0The photo looks relatively nice and the price in your platform is comparable to hotels like Tanoa Plaza in Suva. However, when only I arrive that I realise that I am not getting value for my money paid for my six nights in Suva. I was not able to book myself to Tanoa Plaza because it was full for those dates.

8.0This place has so much potential. Our family suite was large and the balcony looked over the wharf - which was really interesting. The staff were lovely. However there is no attention to ambiance. the place is stuffed with old decaying chairs and there is junk everywhere. The sheets were stained but clean. I am mindful that we weren't paying top dollar.

2.0It wasn’t what I paid for.( Over paid for crap) It wasn’t up to expectations. The place was run down. Things was falling apart. The place smelt and was very dirty and unhygienic. Had cockroaches running around. Things didn’t work properly.( Lift to go to upper level) Very unorganised with presentation of place. This is one place I would not recommend. Surprised people would stay there??

2.0This is not worth online booking, may be for locals walk in ok and decide if it’s what you wanted but not for online. I can’t pay $50 to stay in this apartment if I knew the conditions at hand. The location is good but the facilities need 100% renovation or reconstruction. It was a terrible experience staying here, I couldn’t sleep all night that I have to engaged myself with calls and games

2.0The property is in poor condition, which seems to have been a recurring issue based on past reviews. The housekeeping staff's training is inadequate. Our room had stained bedsheets with holes, and there was no soap or toilet paper. The rooms also stink and hadn't been properly cleaned. Because of this, we decided not to stay once we saw the condition of the room and got our stay refunded. The property doesn't reflect the photos posted online—it definitely needs some serious work.
