− Food area was abhorrent. Sour milk in a dirty pitcher. Not available at posted time. Fridge was not plugged in. Stairs in need of repair.

4.0− The breakfast was really bad, with few options, just waffles, bread, cereal, juice, and yogurt.

− The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and bc it was curved the curtain collected in the middle, rendering it useless. The hot and cold water in the sink was backward.
