Absolutely awful
2.0Absolutely awful, I went to check in After my concert (before 11) and they had a "closed" sign up and no way of making any contact!! 80 bucks gone here, plus I had to find another hotel down the road which put me out over 200 for a night's sleep that was not expecting to have to pay since I made this booking over a month ago. Absolutely ridiculous! .
