9.0The staff were very helpful, the room was large and well kept, the facilities clean. The hotel is on the third floor of a larger building and on one evening, we could hear the music from a classical concert on the ground floor. It wasn't a nuisance but a pleasure.
− It would be useful if they had an iron/ironing board to use. The lift was essential but could be slow.

8.0It was very artistic and cool, beautiful historic building. Very tastefully decorated and designed.
− The walls, doors and windows are old- it makes them cool and beautiful but terrible at soundproofing. You can hear everything. The water pressure is also typical to an old building so not very stable.

9.0L'hôtel est très bien situé, nous avons fait presque tout a pieds, même avec bébé dans la poussette. Les lits sont très confortables et la chambre assez spacieuse pour nous 3. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est super sympa ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
− Il y a quelques marches avant d'arriver à l'ascenseur pour monter à l'hôtel (cela peut être contraignant avec de grosses valises ou poussette).
