− The room has a mildew smell. The remote for the tv didn’t work well. The ac didn’t work well. The bed was hard. I do like that the sink was outside of the bathroom.

7.0Was clean, convenient and affordable
− AC did not work well at all. The room was musty and wet smelling like a spoiled towel. The walk in shower was curb less and had no stop for the water which flowed out of the shower into the bathroom and hallway. Breakfast bar both coffee pots were out of service.
Needs a face lift.

It was short stay, late arrival but nice friendly check in
6.0The main front desk staff was kind enough to call and double check my arrival as I drove in late ,close to midnight. This was a great outreach and the first I experienced which was a Great customer service. The cleanliness was eh and the bed would pop and make noise when shifting around, but other than that the stay was short but needed.
− The beds made noise when rolling from one side to the other and took a minute to get comfortable.
There was dog food on the floor in the room. And stains on the sofa that I had to cover with a towel.

− The rooms were rundown. Caulking around the tubs were stained rust in the corners. Exterior was nice.
Quite clean and comfortable.
