Ils ne m’ont jamais répondu au téléphone Je me suis rendu à l’endroit j’ai attendu 2 heure à la porte et il n’ont pas non plus répondu à la porte Il ne m’ont pas remboursé Et il a fallu que je me trouve un autre hôtel très déçu de cette endroit et que Booking n’est rien fait pour moi

Reservation tardive mais honorée rapidement. Personne au téléphone très patiente avec moi qui parle tres mal l italien et l anglais On a reussi malgré tout à se comprendre 👍
