− Les vendeurs de prestations (balades en quads, chameaux...) qui limite vous harcèlent tous les jours dans l hôtel. Déçu des repas, avec peut de spécialités culinaires tunisiennes.

2.0I fattorini nella reception sono molto cortesi ed educati, sempre sorridenti e disponibili davvero delle belle persone. Anche la ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in è stata molto gentile.
− Purtroppo non era un 5 stelle. Non è la nostra prima volta a Djerba abbiamo girato diversi hotel. La struttura è vecchia e le foto sulla pagina booking sembrano essere quelle dell'apertura. Il servizio non era dei migliori sembrava la mensa di una caserma militare. Abbiamo pagato All inclusive e nella prenotazione diceva che erano inclusi i tre pasti e le bevande esclusi gli alcolici, invece la descrizione era forviante abbiamo dovuto pagare ogni volta 5 dinari una bottiglia d'acqua di sottomarca da 0,500 centesimi. I camerieri erano scortesi e poco preparati, le posate passano più tempo sui pavimenti che sulle tavole, pensando che non capissimo l'arabo si sono messi ad insultare i clienti del ristorante. La piscina era sempre stra colma e trovare dei lettini liberi è stata un'impresa essendo che tutti lasciavano gli asciugamani per riservare il posto per poi andare da tutta altra parte. In spiaggia il Wi-Fi smetteva di funzionare e ci conettevamo con quello della struttura a fianco. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 sere le lenzuola non sono mai stata cambiate, le giravano e basta quando rifacevano la camera, ne sapone ne shampoo a disposizione nel bagno abbiamo chiesto a una delle signore delle pulizie e gentilmente ci hanno portato una piccola bottiglia, ma quando siamo usciti e tornati per fare la doccia non l'abbiamo trovate la ragazza che ha rifatto la camera le ha portate via. Ogni sera purtroppo l'animazione era terribile, noiosa e poco interrativa. Purtroppo quello che abbiamo pagato non corrisponde al servizio offerto.

1.0− Booking‘den rezervasyon yaptık her şey dahil seçmemize rağmen otelde içecekler fiyata dahil değil denildi üstüne ekstra para ödeyip içecekleri de her şey dahil yapmama rağmen restoranda içtiğim meşrubatın ekstra parası alındı. Bildiğiniz dolandırıldık gibi bir şey oldu. Çalışanların üslupları sertti ve güler yüzlü değillerdi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum… ve odayı çoz uzak vermişlerdi odaya ulaşmak için labirent gibi içeride kayboluyorduk :)
