2.0The guests above us sound like storm troopers stoping up a down the room all night keep is awake for two nights. We had a family emergency and had to leave prior to our check out by 1 day for a funeral. Hotels.com and the hotel both gave us lip service only acting like they would try to refund us the night but both did nothing to help us. The breakfast is disappointing at best and the pool was out of order our whole stay.
