I do not recommend to stay there.
3.0The size of Room 101 is quite spacious.
− I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this time, I feel compelled to do so. We paid nearly $200 per night (before taxes) for Room 101, which has two bedrooms. The one on the left was unusable because a loud air conditioning compressor—emitting a powerful motor-like noise—would turn on for 5 minutes every 5 minutes. The noise reached 45 decibels, with deep bass sounds. Additionally, the soundproofing between our room and the one above was terrible. The cleanliness was also lacking: there were crumbs in the fridge, some spiderwebs on the ceiling, and the bathroom window frame was falling apart. I doubt the owners of this motel would pay $200 to spend a night in Room 101 themselves! This room feels like nothing more than a money-making machine, with no effort put into ensuring guests feel welcome or comfortable.

7.0Price, dog friendly, location
− Found long black hair on towels and bathroom sink. Cleaning and laundry personnel should tie their hair up while working
The bedrooms were cleanish and the bed was comfortable so it was ok!
5.0There was no breakfast, was there supposed to be a breakfast?
− I didn't like finding human hair hanging off the facecloth and hand towels Finding someones dirty sock at the edge of the bed The air conditioner was so loud that I had to wear earplugs in order to fall asleep.
We were very pleasantly surprised to have such large rooms for our party of four
9.0The fact that there were two separate rooms in each suite meant we each had privacy and comfort. There were two TVs as well! And even a sea view at the back
− It would be really useful if we could purchase regular tea and milk at Reception. We had large fridges, but only coffee and tea capsules for a machine, and coffee mate. Te hotel was quite a hike up from the town centre

7.0− Well the tv did not work. It wanted if I remember now, a channel scan? I tried to do this a few times but gave up.
