1.0The location, public transport access and the front desk staff support every day.
− The room I booked was not honored — I had reserved a king-size bed room, but upon arrival we were given a room with two single beds instead. When I raised this, a senior staff member responded dismissively, saying "So you got double what you wanted," which felt very disrespectful and mocking. On top of this, our room had ongoing loud noises coming from the toilet throughout the night, and the toilet eventually flooded. When we reported the issue, senior staff prioritized fixing the flooding over helping us find alternative accommodation, in the same property or by relocating us. As a result, we lost an entire evening and part of the following morning dealing with the situation instead of resolving it. The combination of the incorrect room type, the plumbing failure, and the senior staff member's dismissive and unprofessional attitude made this a genuinely poor stay.

− They run a lean staff, so hard to get someone on location, but they are accessible by phone. Some might be disturbed by noise its a brownstone so you hear street noise and others walking, didn't bother us.

− Kein Service und nur selten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Frühstück war lieblos platziertes Gepäck und keine Sitzgelegenheit bzw Tisch. Der beschriebene Kühlschrank im Zimmer war nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer an sich war eigentlich ein Abstellraum im Dachgeschoss.
