− Het was niet schoon en ik miste een koffiezetapparaat. Ook stond er dat je de auto kon parkeren bij je accommodatie dit was helaas niet het geval en kon je hem berg afwaarts zetten niet eens bewaakt tegen een betaling van 6.00€ per dag. Ook de foto’s op de site kwamen niet overeen met wat ik had geboekt.

Disappointing, dirty and left desperately seeking compensation

The property is located next to a small, man made, stony beach and has free laundry and grilling facilities. The property has air con in the living room space and has a good range of utensils. The deal staff were helpful on site. However, there is a charge for sun-beds on the beach (€6 per bed, per day) and not all of the pools are accessible. Please read about what we did not like before booking.

− The property and campsite is not fairly represented in advertisement photographs; the available pools for mobile homes are very small (x2 including 1 x baby pool), old, and next to a main road. Sun-beds appear to be part of the ‘resort’ offer but come at cost of €6 per bed, per day. Our mobile home was not clean on arrival, very tired-looking and missing cushions and decor. The gardens are not like the gardens represented on the photographs and directly face the back of other mobile homes. This is a site that offers non-refundable bookings as it is likely customers will be disappointed upon arrival. Staff in the site office offered alternative accommodation but this was only marginally better than the original offer. A €200 compensation for poor cleanliness and moving mobile homes was offered and appreciated, as well as free sun-beds. However, we immediately requested a refund on arrival and wished to move but were told this could not be dealt with as there was no one at Waterman customer service over the weekend. We had to leave early at our own cost and are still pursuing compensation with Booking.com. To add insult, during the move from one mobile home to another, my daughter left a brand new pair of Birkenstock sandals in the property. However, when we asked the customer service department to check for the sandals, they reported that they could not be found. Had we not needed to move mobile homes due to cleanliness standards, the sandals would not have been left behind. Overall, we have lost around €400 in total when considering the cost of the new sandals and the remaining 2 nights stay that we could not tolerate. We also had to find alternative accommodation and pay additional travel costs. While the desk staff at site attempted to be helpful, the main customer service section at Waterman resorts are inadequately staffed and really do not care about providing a good service to their customers. Please consider carefully before booking this so called ‘resort’.

Sicer pa smo si naredili tako, da smo se imeli resnicno lepo in se bomo verjetno se vrnili. Morda v sosednji kamp :)

Lokacija je bila super, 10 min do super gostilne Vrilo in pa mestnega jedra Supertar. Vec plaz, s senco in brez, krasne plaze, primerne tudi za otroke. Cista plaza in morje. Kar je bilo meni/nam najbolj vsec je bilo to da ni bilo nimjer mase ljudi! Vcasih smo bilo na plazi oz v morju cisto sami. Brisace, wc papir in postiljanje je bilo supwr organizirano - dnevno!

− Hiske so bolj manjse, tako da smo imeli zivila v regalih poleg televizije. Klimo bi bilo potrebno redno cistiti, saj smrdi po vlagi. Manjka kaksen pomivalni stroj in kuhinjska oprema v kuhinji! Na terasi je bila majhna mizica in 4je stoli, neprimerno za 5-clansko druzino. Smo si po dveh dneh neuspesnega prosjacenja, da poteebujemo se eno mizo, si kar sami eno poiskali, ko so se sosedje odselili. Hisice so precej precej blizu ena drugi.
