2.0Da vi kom til Colombo om natten, og ringte hotellet for å gi beskjed om at vi kom, fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var stengt/solgt til noen andre. Vi måtte der og da booke oss inn på et annet hotell kl03.00 om natten...… Hotel.com hadde ikke gitt oss beskjed om at hotellet var stengt...….

4.0Room wasn’t cleaned properly, could see small spider’s web everywhere in the room (wall lamps, bed headboard). Tea and coffee tray wasn’t cleaned and used ones had not been replaced with new bags. Wardrobe wasn’t cleaned. TV channels weren’t clear or cannot see at all.

8.0Visited for a family gathering. This was a nice hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. It had a lovely pool and is a short walk from the beach. Overall a good stay.
