9.0Even though it was a small room it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay (I've stayed in bigger rooms and not had everything you needed so it definitely served the purpose for my stay) Tv had free view so lots of channels Tea/coffee facilities with complimentary bottle of water, a choclate mint and biscuits which is a lovely touch. If you need any more brew kit, just ask, no issues at all. Towels provided, not many places provide you with a bath towel so I also appreciated this. Complimentary bath soap, hand-wash etc if you needed it. Bathroom clean and fabulous shower! Plenty of power sockets including USB points, desk n chair and hanging space. Bedding clean and pillows and bed comfy. I felt this room was utilised well and had everything you needed. Iron and board available too which I use Id recommend The Dragonfly based on my experience and stay. Thank you x
− I was in Room 9, very small room so with the heatwave and window only slightly being able to open it was very warm, however I brought a little fan with me so it was OK plus it went cooler the following 2 days
