2.0We were alone in a basement. Me my daughter in law and grandson. I expressed my concerns and the front desk told me it was the only thing available. No air conditioning when it plainly stated they did have air. We left without a refund and stayed at a different hotel the remainder of our stay. Very disappointed

8.0Overall, it was a good short experience yet two problems caught my attention. One is that the room/hotel had that cigarette smell from the past that was dominant, and the night shift receptionist was getting frustrated with a stapler and throwing f-words around while I was waiting for him to get me in. Otherwise, nice hotel, room was all good.
