7.0It was clean and tidy and in a nice spot. Very comfortable bed.
− There was no one in reception and as Telstra phones were down, we had a little trouble booking in.
Taking more than 2 hours to book in after travelling all day was a nasty experience - room was OK
3.0− No checking in facility - We were not provided with the system for checking in. Took more than 2 hours to find a staff person who washable to tell us the booking in method and for us to actually access the room. WHY DIDNT BOOKING .COM ADVISE US OF THE METHOD AND SUPPLY THE DIRECTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED

3.0Check-in & Digital Locks: The property uses a digital lock system for self check-in and check-out. While simple in theory, it isn't user-friendly for everyone—I actually had to step in and assist other guests who were struggling to lock their room door.
− Noise & Insulation: The biggest issue was the complete lack of soundproofing. The walls are paper-thin; we could hear every word spoken in the adjoining unit, and at night, we could even hear their snoring clearly.
It did the job for the time we were there, however not exceptional
5.0The property location was awesome, the self entry etc was also really good!
− The level of cleanliness wasn’t great- there were notable dried patches of something that had sprayed on the wall in the bathroom that had not been cleaned, dead bugs squished on the wall and then a web of bugs in the corner aswell.
