9.0Location and accept pets. Pool was open. Food, gas and convenience stores close by.
− Beds were very hard in both rooms we had there. Pool should be kid free after 8pm. Adults only 8 to 10.

A very good choice for a stay in Merced.
9.0Nice, clean and comfortable room. The management staff was excellent. The front desk guy in the evening was very pleasent.
− I have no complaints about my stay. I enjoyed staying there.
I appreciated the price but would not choose this location again.

− There wer signs of forced entry, chipped wall paint and insects, likely roaches. There were many residents who appeared to be housed off the streets.
