10.0All meals were excellent - it was a quieter time of the year for the Lodge, so there was not the buffet offering each day, but the a la carte selection was great. The accommodation was very nice, and the views from our room, and the dining/lounge area are amazing

Our stay was was okay regardless.
6.0The location of the lodge is great & easily accessible. We loved the food both breakfasts and dinner. The menu changes daily and there's also vegetarian options.
− The desserts were extremely sweet and too basic. We initially booked standard room which was a bit small as we needed space for 2 to work. There was no iron & a tv remote in the room. We requested an upgrade, which we had to wait for about 2hrs for it only to find it dusty - only sheets were replaced. There are no phones in the chalets, one needs to go to the reception if they need assistance from the rooms which is not always convenient/safe considering the terrain on the landscape. The gym seemed neglected - equipment's are old and there's poor ventilation. The staff in the dining area were somewhat not friendly, is as though you have to tip them to get a good service. Group tourists were serviced pleasantly than daily visitors.

10.0Exceptionnel de part son emplacement tellement nature. Observation des oiseaux et des antilopes depuis la très grande baie ouverte pour le petit déjeuner. Très bons buffets et personnel adorable. Chambres agréables avec vue sans vis à vis sur la montagne.
